CountyAssessor.info and PvPlus are brought to you by County Records, Inc. PvPlus (Photo Viewer Plus) was initially created as a way to store and retrieve digital photos for the County Assessors back in the mid 1990s. In 1998 PvPlus was first offered to the public on CD with the program and databases installing on the local user's computer. As we added more counties and as the counties starting shooting more digital photos it became less practical to proved PvPlus on CDs. Starting in 1999 we started offering a option of accessing PvPlus through a dial up connection. This was quickly replaced with our first bank of computers allowing internet access. We continue to strive to be on the cutting edge as we roll out a new server farm for 2011 offering faster, easier more stable connections that are browser independent.
